Returns and Exchanges

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as products that are damaged or used, cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact Us: Email our customer service team at adam@smokekingss.com within 15days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Receive Instructions: We will provide detailed return instructions and a return authorization if necessary.
  • Pack and Ship: Repack the item securely in its original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Refunds

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • For exchanges, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item as soon as possible.
  • Any price differences will need to be settled before the new item is shipped.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
